The staff is soooo lovely and their food and drinks are amazing too.
View on Google3-minute walk from the south exit of Kyodo Station on the Odakyu Line. Walking straight along the lively Nodai Street, you will see a shop with a fluffy good scent drifting on the right. This is a soy milk and okara donut specialty store that luxuriously uses carefully selected ripe green soybeans, commonly known as "Hiden-mame", delivered from contract farmers in Yamagata. Actually, they make fresh soy milk and okara only for the day they use at the direct factory "Yonezawa Factory". Using those fresh ingredients delivered every day, they are fried one by one by hand in the store. Since it does not contain unnecessary things like preservatives, it is healthy and safe for children to eat, which is nice, isn't it? It is a gentle, simple taste that fits the word nostalgic handmade donut perfectly. • Ikkyu Donut (1 piece 250 yen) When you hold it, one is big and full of volume! As the rumor says "freshly fried is fluffy!", when you carry it to your mouth, it is surprisingly light and chewy. There is no dryness unique to okara at all, and the rich umami and natural sweetness of Hiden-mame spread throughout your mouth. • "Healthy and delicious" Although it is filling, it is not oily so you can eat it quickly It looks somewhat simple and cute, and also for souvenirs

View on GoogleI was treated to freshly fried donuts by my daughter. It was very delicious. It seems it is made from soy milk and okara of the edamame variety "Hiden-mame" from Yamagata Prefecture. There were 3 empty chairs at the storefront so I ate there. The soy milk I was allowed to taste was also easy to drink and delicious.
