ごっつい祖師ヶ谷Gotsui – Japanese Teppan Grill & Savory Pancakes (Soshigaya)
「鉄板焼き・お好み焼 ごっつい祖師谷店」 is a restaurant where you can enjoy carefully crafted okonomiyaki. A 2-minute walk from Soshigaya-Okura Station. We bring everyone our unchanged dedication since opening, with both flavor and service that are hot (gottsui). 「The taste I enjoyed as a child, for everyone」: this dream of the founder was the beginning of 「ごっつい」. Alongside our signature okonomiyaki, we offer teppan dishes ranging from meat to seafood. Small parties and large groups are very welcome! You can enjoy us like an izakaya 🙆♀️ We energetically look forward to your visit!

The seats are uncomfortable and food is so so. Not really enjoy the service...
View on GoogleNice, little, no fuss izakaya style okonomiyaki. Delicious, friendly staff and all as expected. All smiles.
View on GoogleI like Hishima Okonomiyaki in this restaurant! I ate Okonomiyaki and teppanyaki with my family :) I strong suggest it!
View on GoogleSoshigaya had long been without a monjayaki restaurant, but ごっつい now serves monja as well as okonomiyaki. I think monja lovers in Soshigaya and Kinuta who had nowhere to go for it are rejoicing. Beer in hand, start with the classic salted grilled offal, then monja, and finish with okonomiyaki. The course is complete. If they could also rescue those with nowhere to go for takoyaki, I think it would be a very welcome place for solo visitors wanting a light drink.
View on Google「ごっつい祖師ヶ谷大蔵店」, a short walk along the Soshigaya-Okura shopping street. My first visit, and I ordered right away. Hiroshima-yaki and about 2 beers. Ice-cold and fantastic. The 「grilled potato salad」 served as the appetizer was unexpectedly tasty, lifting my spirits from the start. The sounds and smells of cooking on the griddle beside the counter were irresistible. Ultraman decorations inside gave it a local atmosphere that tickled my fancy. The chopstick rest folds into the shape of a spatula, a playful little touch that also gets a ◎. The grilled aroma and the sauce's sweetness were nicely balanced, and I couldn't stop drinking beer. I'll visit again!
