The noodle texture suits my taste, but. The flavor was too strong. I added the recommended shiitake vinegar to mask it. I like the texture of the noodle itself but it was too salty. So I added the recommended shiitake mushroom vinegar to help me.
View on GoogleJust 10 seconds after leaving the Meidaimae ticket gates on the Keio Line. Access is excellent, and the food arrives surprisingly quickly after ordering, so it's recommended when you're short on time too. The 「SPECIALまぜそば」 I ordered had a refined, simple flavor that wasn't too strong. I could really taste the ingredients' savory flavors and enjoyed it to the end without getting bored. There are plenty of flavor-changing items on the table, so being able to customize it to your taste is another attraction. More than 10 kinds!! And something you definitely should order is the 100円 「追い鰹節おむすび」. Mixing it with the remaining sauce releases the bonito aroma and savory flavor, making the perfect extra rice course. Then pour over the free golden broth soup to finish with a luxurious ochazuke-style dish. One bowl offers three ways to enjoy it, 「mazesoba→extra rice→broth ochazuke」, making this a very satisfying place. I'd like to stop by again when I'm nearby! Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleI really liked the previous flavor too, but the new flavor was rich and very delicious. Adding an onigiri to finish after eating the mazesoba was incredibly tasty.
View on GoogleI'm happy the tabletop toppings include garlic chives and wood ear mushrooms!
View on GoogleThe taste is very good. There are various seasonings on the counter, and if you use them well, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to call it the best mazesoba in Meidaimae. Personally, I think the trick is to add various things, focusing on bonito flakes and garlic. However, there are many disappointing aspects besides the taste, such as doing something resembling a closing-down scam? And there are so many free LINE perks that the base price of the mazesoba feels a little overpriced.
