Very inappropriate barista and owner. He was commenting on customers behind their backs and mansplaining in the coffeeshop. Hiding troubling facts about himself while giving unsolicited life advice to customers as his selling point and even tried to charge for it. (didn’t know that till some other customer told me similar unpleasant experience) You can have good food and drinks and enjoy your time elsewhere
View on GoogleI'd been curious about this place for a while, so I visited. It was a tucked-away bistro a little far from the station. Despite the casual prices, all the food and wine were delicious and great value! At first I thought the owner might look a little intimidating? But he was very personable, with a somehow soft, airy manner. There were regulars too, and I could sense his lovely personality. The food is of a high standard, and the menu is extensive. There seem to be various seasonal dishes too, so I doubt I'd get bored no matter how often I came. The gentle atmosphere made me linger without realizing it. Thank you. It's the kind of place I wish I had in my neighborhood! They apparently serve lunch too, so I think I'll try visiting during the day!
View on GoogleThe stylish atmosphere combined industrial and natural interiors, and I enjoyed my meal. The lunch salad came with appetizers and was very delicious! The curry wasn't spicy at all, and the lamb wasn't very strong-tasting either, so it was delicious. The チキン南蛮 used chicken breast, which I like, so that was delicious too. You can also visit it as a café and have cake, coffee, or tea. For a café visit, the music felt a little loud〜so that might be the only thing that bothers you if you want to relax there during the day. Delicious food, a lovely atmosphere, and I was completely satisfied. Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleI visited for dinner. The interior has a calm atmosphere where you can leisurely enjoy food and drinks. The lighting is just right, with the cozy feel of a bistro, and it seemed suitable for dates or meals in small groups too. This time I ordered red wine and ラムのワイン煮込み. The aroma of red wine spread immediately when it was served, really whetting my appetite. The lamb was extremely tender, perhaps from long, slow cooking. It retained its distinctive flavor while delivering plenty of umami. The sauce was rich without being too heavy, and paired perfectly with bread and wine. Pairing it with red wine brought out the lamb's flavor even more, making it a satisfying dish for adults. The accompaniments were well balanced too, and I enjoyed it to the end without getting bored. The attractive presentation was also a welcome bonus for photos. The food, atmosphere, and service were well balanced, and I'd recommend it for both special occasions and a slightly indulgent everyday meal. I'd like to try other braised dishes and wines too.
View on GoogleThe friendly chef and thoughtfully prepared food are the perfect combination for this place. Every dish genuinely tastes so good. The wine is good too.
