This restaurant serves dishes from the Seto-island sea region south west of Japan between Shikoku and Honshu islands. They serve very wide veriety of fusion/ Mediterranean style dishes. Everything we ordered was just nice except for paella which I do not recommend. Excellent service and vibrant atmosphere.
View on GoogleI recently dined at Collabo, an amazing Italian restaurant in Sangenjaya. The menu offered a nice selection of pasta dishes. Upon the waiter's recommendation, we tried the lemon cream pasta with chicken, and it turned out to be an absolutely amazing dish that exceeded our expectations, including the seafood dishes served at Collabo, which were incredibly fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant; it's a hidden gem. 🤙🏽
View on GoogleUnbelievably great lunch at a surprisingly low price. The bacon and potato cream pasta was amazing. Tiramisu was also extremely good. Will definitely come back.
