Right across from Sugiyama Obstetrics and Gynecology, there's a shop whose name means stork, and it somehow caught my interest, so I went in! There's an eat-in area at the back too, and it's surprisingly spacious! I bought 3 things this time! ☆Curry bread I ate it right after leaving the shop, but it would definitely taste better warmed up (obviously) The dough is fluffy, and the curry filling seemed quite spicy ☆Chocolate croissant When I took it out of my bag at home, it slipped out of its paper bag and I dropped it, so it looks all battered😢 Originally, there were almonds on top of the dough too, which I imagine would make a lovely, toasty combination Chocolate is worked evenly throughout the dough, so you really taste the chocolate!! My favorite chocolate croissant out of all the ones I've ever had!! ☆Canelé The shop's most popular item! Crisp outside and really gooey inside! It's bigger than at other shops, so very satisfying◎ The bread bags were just rolled over rather than sealed, so the bread slipped out when I took it out of my bag, which was a hassle; that's my only negative😢 The bread was so delicious that I'll be back, but I've decided to tie the bags myself before putting them in my bag (haha) Thanks for the food🎶 ------------------ ☻Order Chocolate croissant Canelé Curry bread 💰810yen(1 person) ------------------ ☻Recommended points ✓There's an eat-in area too ✓The most popular canelé is gooey! ✓The chocolate croissant is incredibly delicious! ------------------ I'd be delighted if you liked this post✨ If you'd like, I'd love a follow🥰
View on GoogleI found this shop while looking for a promising bakery around here. I wondered if the name was French, which intrigued me, so I went in. All the bread looked delicious, but I chose the ham and cheese with plenty of cheese, and a croissant, which I always buy when visiting a bakery for the first time. There's an eat-in area at the back that's more spacious than I expected, so I could enjoy bread and coffee at a leisurely pace. The bread tastes as good as it looks. The croissant was exactly my kind! The shop has a French name but an American pop atmosphere, which is interesting. Apparently, the name means “stork.” Feels like good luck might be on its way🥰 The people at the shop were very pleasant too, so I'd like to visit again. The canelé I took home was delicious as well.
View on GoogleI happened to pass by while it was open, so I stopped in. The cheese French bread was packed with cheese and very satisfying, and the chocolate chip melon bread was fluffy, with mildly sweet chocolate chips nicely balanced with the bread. If the timing works out again, I'd love to try the others!
View on GoogleA cozy little shop suitable for solo visitors or small groups such as families. It's easy to drop in for breakfast or a light bite. There aren't too many varieties of bread, so it's easy to choose, and takeaway is available too.
View on GoogleAn understated exterior with an American-style interior. A lovely bakery. I recommend the canelé♪
