It was very delicious
View on GoogleA Chinese restaurant along 下本宿 Street. The ramen has thin noodles and a simple flavor. Delicious チャーハン. The 麻婆 has perfectly judged heat. The 回鍋肉 is well seasoned, unlike what its appearance suggests. You can’t go wrong with any choice!
View on GoogleA clean neighborhood Chinese restaurant near 久我山 Hospital. I entered right at opening, but despite it being a weekday, it filled up in no time. There are four 炒飯 choices: regular 「チャーハン」, 「貝柱レタスチャーハン」, 「あんかけ角煮チャーハン」, and 「カニレタスチャーハン」. This time I had the regular チャーハン. The ingredients are egg, scallions, and チャーシュー, with a moist texture. Its distinctive feature is the sweetness of the soy sauce and rounded flavor. It has a deep savoriness like dashi soy sauce, with an alcoholic aroma adding to the impression of sweetness. Although light in flavor, the lingering stock taste on the tongue combines with the rice’s sweetness to create a distinctive flavor. Delicious!

It opened in 1962 under the name 『錦楽』, and in 2011 changed its name to the current 『中華料理熊』. It’s popular as a neighborhood Chinese restaurant long loved in the 久我山 area. In 2017, they opened the ramen-specialty brand 『くま』 in front of the station. Apparently they use the same noodles and deliver them here. I arrived 20 minutes before opening and was first in line. I thought, 「Maybe I’m a little early? It’s embarrassing to wait」, but the queue quickly kept growing. 3 staff members. Perhaps the owner couple and their daughter. Full right at opening. When I left, more than 10 people were waiting outside. The extensive menu and appealing sets make choosing difficult. But since I like thick-sauce dishes, I ordered うまにそば. Service proceeded smoothly. ______________ 🟦Impressions ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ The broth perfectly matches a guanylic-acid-like savoriness seemingly from shiitake with the savory stir-frying oil! The base broth has a deeply satisfying composition, indeed! The seasoning additives hit boldly, and the sweetness of the fat is just right The thick sauce’s consistency is outstanding, with zero frustration. A truly well-balanced thick-sauce noodle dish that reaches the summit of deliciousness despite lacking flash! My favorite part was the chopped チャーシュー stir-fried with the thick sauce. Soft, sweet, fatty, and fantastic! What a wonderful formula More effective and satisfying than stir-frying small pork pieces or similar ingredients. Other shops should copy it more. The noodles are homemade, thin, and straight. Thoroughly boiled, soft and chewy. Gelatinization brings out the wheat’s sweetness. They’re cooked on the softer side, but the sauce’s perfect thickness means they aren’t overwhelmed! I thought the cooking balance was wonderful. I deliciously finished it all…… Thank you for the meal!!
View on GoogleI happened to find this Chinese restaurant while looking for lunch. Truly classic, and in a word, delicious. The photo shows ランチAセット with a ワンタン topping and a large portion. The noodles were quite thin and easy to eat. Personally, I liked the classic 中華そば feel with a slight Japanese touch. The parking lot is a little far away, but not an annoyingly long walk. Be aware that it’s cash only. That’s important. The other dishes looked delicious, too—a fine shop that made me want to try them next time. Thank you. 2025 11 update So I went again. This time I tried a large portion of チャーハン. Still classic, with the kind of deliciousness that makes you want to eat it every day.
