It’s a nice lunch, we passed this place a few times before, and today lunch, since the train was on halt for another hour, we decide to have lunch there instead & it was a good choice. We ordered mabotofu set, korean barbeque set, additional plater of cold chilly oil chicken, dried tofu & cucumber cold dish, salt & pepper shrimp…., and it was all good & very decent. We paid ¥3351 for the order.

Great Chinese restaurant in Umegaoka. Extensive menu and surprisingly good food taking into account the place looks like any old-fashioned Japanese Chinese place. Cheap.

A perfectly located place you can reach within 30 seconds of leaving the ticket gates, yet excellent value—the quintessential 町中華. The floor isn't sticky and there aren't any bothersome smells, so no complaints. The first floor only has counter seating. The second probably has tables. You can still get in around 15-16. As the photos show, the menu is extensive and the portions are quite generous. Not just for lunch: even eating and drinking quite a bit won't cost much, so it's ideal for solo drinks too.

We ended up here on our way back from the waving-cat temple. We were very happy with the food and could continue our city trip with full stomachs. The price was right and the female staff member was super nice. You can order on a tablet in English. Card payment available

I love this place. I love their 焼豚エッグチャーハン so much that I've had it 4 times in a row. Imagine digging into fried rice together with soft, runny eggs and chashu‼️
