I visited for lunch after shopping in Kyodo. Enter the street beside Yoshoku Ultra, and it is on the 2nd floor of the building next to Torigin Kyodo (closed). It is inconspicuous, so you could easily walk past. I went up to the 2nd floor and opened the door to a pleasant atmosphere with quiet background music (mood music). There were 2 other customers, so it was uncrowded. I sat at a table for 2, looked at the menu, and ordered hayashi rice and iced coffee. The hayashi rice had tomato acidity, but perhaps a little less richness? The portion might be small for younger people, but it was just right for me. The iced coffee was light and easy to drink. Both the hayashi rice and iced coffee were delicious. The atmosphere here is exceptionally good and quiet, making it ideal for spending leisurely time alone, reading while drinking coffee or something similar.

A retro coffee shop that looks as though it could appear in a Ghibli film. The interior is beautifully styled, so I think it is a good place to relax. I have not tried the food yet, but it is comfortable, and there seem to be times after noon when seats are still available, so people nearby would do well to know about it.

The honey French toast was very delicious. I went around noon on a weekday, and it was pleasantly busy with various people chatting or working. The staff were kind too.

The 3 best coffee shops within walking distance of Kyodo Station (personally) CAFE KANOA You can relax There is food There are desserts It is a place that has all of these, so I occasionally use it for work, meetings, and reading. The cushions on the chairs are a personal plus😊 They help especially when working. Even when I stay for a long time, (of course I give up my seat if it gets crowded) I can spend time without feeling awkward.

I unexpectedly had some time before my plans, so I stopped in alone. Since it was a weekday afternoon, it was empty apart from 1 group already there. The shop had a nice atmosphere, and I could relax. The keema curry I ordered was very delicious, so if I get another chance, I would like to try the sweets next time too.
