A café in a traditional old house (kominka), 1 minute on foot from Gotokuji and 2 minutes on foot from Miyanosaka Station on the Setagaya Line. Children are very welcome too♪

This little sweet gem is tucked away in the neighborhood near Gotokuji Temple. Immaculate vibes. The owner and employees are not fluent in English but that makes a great opportunity to practice your Japanese!! Their service was so amazing and they’re all so lovely!! The food was greatly priced. I had the mushroom curry and it was absolutely delicious!! It's so delicious. The curry was more on the soupy side but so gooooood!! Definitely recommend!!

Quiet and peaceful experience. Feels like a traditional Japanese house. Beautiful rock garden view while dining. Curry was delicious. Egg toast was generous in portion and tasted lovely.

We went here by chance after our visit to Gotoku-ji and it was so lovely! The staff was super friendly, the menu easy to translate and overall this was probably my favorite cafe experience in three weeks of Japan. We had the cinnamon toast, egg and tuna sandwiches and they were so, so, so good 😊

A nice cafe in a repurposed home. The staff were very nice and attentive. The food was nice and proportioned decently for the size. I’d say the curry might not be the expected Japanese curry so keep in mind of that (still very good). The gratin was fresh out and very creamy. Great experience! A perfect spot to visit if you travelled to 豪徳寺.

The most charming cafe one block from the temple. The garden and tradition setting are gorgeous, the staff so kind, and the food was simple but so delicious! We had sandwiches and oninigiri and all came with soup and salad and a treat from the chef. Highly recommend!
