Finally got the chance to go here yesterday for lunch. We made a reservation for 3 very easily on the same day even though it was a national holiday and expected it to be booked out. Everything on the menu looked good! I wanted to try the corn fritters plate but sadly they were sold out so I went for the Aussie breakfast which was delicious. They were also able to make my friend's French 75 cocktail on request. I'd like to go back and sit on the terrace seats for brunch next time as I really want to eat the ricotta pancakes!

I stumbled upon this place on the way back from a nearby shrine and thought I’d finally try Bills, which a friend had recommended a while ago. I’m so glad I did, especially since I’ll be moving out of Tokyo to another island soon. The pancakes were super fluffy, and the hot green tea latte was the perfect match. I really loved the atmosphere here! It's modern, cozy, and decorated with real books 📚, which gave it a nice touch. It was such a nice brunch after a morning shrine visit during the New Year holidays. There was no wait at all, which honestly made the experience even better. I’ve always heard that pancake places in Japan come with at least a 45–60 minute wait, so this felt like a win. If I come back to Tokyo, I’d definitely visit again, and I’d happily recommend this location to friends visiting from abroad for a more relaxed experience compared to Shibuya or Shinjuku.

Service was average / non attentive and the Long Black was not a Long Black, it was an Americano (no Crema). If you are going to be marketed as an Australian restaurant/ cafe at least get the coffee right. The hotcakes were good.

Really love the food here! Especially the ricotta pancakes! However, the service was very slow. It took about 45 minutes for us to get our drinks, and over an hour for our food. We were a group of 8, but seemed like at least the drinks should have been out more timely. Hope it was just a fluke!

Have been looking forward to trying this Bills for ages. Disappointed to say the least. Have been to the London and Sydney locations and this one falls far short of their usual excellent standards. Sunday morning breakfast so was quite busy but it shouldn’t take 40 minutes to be served (we saw some couples outside who were still waiting after an hour so I guess we got lucky). The full Australian breakfast was subpar and that’s being generous. And charging 3,100 yen for it is pretty ridiculous. Understaffed and not the most attentive service. Pretty poor all round. (But a cool location and chilled atmosphere).
