Classic old-school ramen! Very clean. No English menu but relatively easy to order. Open late!!!
View on GoogleReally addictive Ramen restaurant. The recommended menu is Miso ramen but Shio(Salt) ramen is also good. You can also ask for more or less vegetables option, oilier option or less oilier one, softer or harder noodle option, stronger or less stronger taste on soup with free of charge. The fried rice is also excellent.
View on GoogleHmm if you have to weight your bean sprouts Bags cost 30¥ - 80¥ each. A lot of options to choose from. Noodle thickness. Amount of oil. Etc.
View on Google【A sinfully delicious miso set that warms you to your core, one you'll want every day】 ◆This time's order • Miso set (+mini fried rice & gyoza) ¥1,550 --- In the end, after coming full circle, this kind of thing really tastes the best~. Along Kanpachi in Chitose-Funabashi, a bowl that perfects “classic miso” and speaks directly to every miso ramen lover's brain. The moment you slurp a mouthful, you're drawn into a nostalgic world that seeps through your body……. . I ordered the classic and unbeatable “miso set,” with mini fried rice and gyoza alongside the ramen. Visually, it's piled high with crunchy vegetables, mainly bean sprouts, with a perfectly classic silhouette from every angle. . One sip of the soup and I grinned: ah, this is it…! A bowl anyone would find delicious, gently warming you to your core. . Paired with it are flat, medium-thick curly noodles from 大栄食品. This time I ordered the noodles firm. Absolutely the right choice—the curly noodles carry the miso broth beautifully, making every bite incredibly satisfying! . And the supporting fried rice is the real deal, with separate grains, every single one properly coated in egg. The gyoza have a sharp garlic kick, tightly packed filling, and plenty of punch. . Honestly, there's no weak spot anywhere. A perfect lineup that makes me want to shout “Delicious!” every time. Seriously, this is dangerous……comforting enough to eat every day. . But there's one mystery I just can't stop wondering about. Why is the shop called “みそ一発『2』”? lol Where's 『1』? If anyone knows, seriously, tell me! . Thank you for the meal! . . ☆Noodle and boardsport lovers, come on over to Instagram☆ Instagram ID:@ak_44_
View on Google2026.2.7 On a night with heavy snow and strong winds, piping-hot miso ramen really is the perfect fit. I actually wanted to add butter and corn, but didn't have enough change, so I gave up on the corn. Here they stir-fry pork marinated in a special sauce (?) after you order, and you can double the portion for 300円. It's along Hachikan Road, and parking is somewhat difficult. Even around 7〜8 at night it rarely gets full; the turnover felt relaxed, with 4〜5 people leaving and then 1 more arriving.
