The owner looks like a quiet man, but of course you'd be quiet while working! That's how it feels, and he's kindhearted and strong. I often drink here at lunchtime on days off. It's cash only, so they ask overseas visitors to prepare cash before coming.

I've visited several times, and the sushi toppings are always fresh and truly delicious. This time, besides sushi, I ordered tebasaki, motsuni, chawanmushi, and more, and everything was delicious. It's thoroughly cleaned and feels hygienic. It's a hidden retreat in a residential neighborhood. It really seems hidden and overlooked, which is a shame! They didn't have unusual sushi like conveyor-belt restaurants do, but I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for delicious sushi!! I'd like to visit again.

Just as I was thinking of visiting after hearing the young proprietor had started anew… I overheard that the motsunikomi and chicken karaage are delicious and that regulars only order those to keep costs down, and I completely lost the desire to go… This is why neighborhood sushi restaurants decline.

I've visited occasionally over the past year. My impression is of a restaurant run by a serious, honest sushi craftsman. Everything is delicious. My mother, who is particular about food, likes it too and looks forward to going. It's such a shame that before visiting, I hesitated a little, thinking, "Sushi around here?" and "The entrance looks like only regulars could go in…" It isn't particularly crowded, but you can walk in and enjoy refined, delicious sushi. On my first visit, some ladies who were perhaps regulars were enjoying Japanese sake at the counter. It's probably a place that's been cherished in this area for a long time. A foreign visitor gave it ★1 because "English wasn't understood," but I don't understand why they thought English would work in the first place. Since they chose to visit a sushi restaurant run by Japanese people in Japan as a customer, they should be the one making an effort to bridge the gap.

A sushi restaurant I've been visiting since childhood, with the same delicious taste as ever. Once you've had the chutoro, ikura, and uni here, you won't be able to eat them elsewhere. A hidden retreat.
