Great Nagasaki-style chanpon. Soup is rich and always delicious! Servings are generous and price is affordable for students. They also have different drinks and some desserts which are good too! Would highly recommend!
View on GoogleA place where you can eat Nagasaki champon. There are lots of à la carte dishes too. They also have sours and wine loaded with frozen fruit. It's great for adults going out to drink, and great for bringing kids for a meal. This time I went with my kid to eat champon. The black champon was delicious and just to my liking.
View on Google【2024.1】 I had the Nagasaki champon (860 yen). A fairly rich soup with strong umami and saltiness. It makes an impact from the very first sip. There are 12 kinds of ingredients: cabbage, bean sprouts, carrot, onion, wood ear mushroom, powdered fried garlic, pork, shrimp, squid, asari clams, satsuma-age, and kamaboko. It's nice that each piece is on the larger side too. The noodles are thick and slightly wavy, with a square cross-section. The slightly coarse texture is classic champon.
View on GoogleAn izakaya mainly serving Nagasaki champon and sara udon. Both were way too salty, not good, y'know.
View on GoogleHad some delicious champon. 754 yen. The black champon is the same price, so maybe I should have gone with the black one. No otoshi or anything like that
