I felt like having ramen in 蒲田, so I visited 和鉄. This time I ordered tsukemen, and the rich seafood tonkotsu broth paired wonderfully with the thick, chewy noodles. I enjoyed it to the end without getting bored. The broth has depth without being too heavy, clings nicely to the noodles, and makes for a satisfying meal. The chashu was tender, and toppings such as menma were well infused with flavor, leaving me satisfied. The interior feels clean and welcoming for solo diners. The staff were courteous too, so I had a pleasant meal. It's easy to reach from 蒲田 Station, and it's a place I'd like to visit again when I want tsukemen or ramen.
