The unagi meal I had was to die for. I LOVE it. They even give you a complementary steamed shrimp as a side. The staff were lovely and helpful. Master-san is the receptionist on the first floor which surprised me. He was very cute speaking in English. Overall, it was a very fantastic dinner experience for me. Especially because I stayed at a nearby hotel, too. I look forward to returning here on my next trip to Japan.

The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. Offered me an English menu and helped me with the different food items and condiments there. Food was delicious! If you love Unagi, this is a top spot to go to! There was an elderly couple there who I know had something to say because I used the English menu and my chopstick skills where not excellent, but I did not let that ruin my experience. I hope they are doing well and had a wonderful rest of their night!

Pros: oh my God the food was delicious! Cons: It was a bit on the pricier side, the staff doesn't speak much English and they don't unfortunately have English menu as someone claimed, but an 'ososume onegaishimasu' fixes that.
