Located right outside Zoshiki Station. A ramen shop with a homey warmth❗️ Even though it's in front of the station, it's quiet inside, and there were a few office workers after work. The staff seemed earnest, and I could feel their passion for ramen^_^ Since it said it had been featured on TV, I ordered the large clam broth soba (asari clams, chicken breast). The soup is based on asari and shijimi clams. The clam broth soaks right into your body, ridiculously good. The noodles are thin with just the right firmness. It said it's good to sink the asari clams into the soup for a bit, so I did that, and they soaked up the soup and plumped up! Together with the soup, delicious (^^) The chicken breast was also juicy and tender! Thanks for the meal!

An outstanding chuka soba shop in front of Zoshiki Station on the Keikyu Line. Great location, just a short walk from the station. Counter seats only inside. You order by buying a ticket from the ticket machine right by the entrance. Cash only. The menu has seafood-based shoyu and shio, clam broth, plus ginger as a new addition. The aroma is wonderful the moment it's served, building your anticipation. Ramen with very strong umami, so good it sends shivers down your spine. You can really feel the rawness, or freshness, of the shoyu, and you can strongly sense their dedication to the blend. The noodles snap crisply when bitten yet are supple, and the way the soup clings to them is perfect. The night-only aedama is also superb. The umami of the clam broth hits hard, so it stays delicious even when you change it up with vinegar. I'm definitely coming back, and I want to work through the rest of the menu soon and pick my top favorite.

The ramen was delicious, but the service was bad, so I probably won't go again. ★Why I went in I eat dinner at Matsuya every day, but it was crowded and I couldn't get in, so I looked for another shop. I wanted something light, and when I searched I found clam broth ramen. I only had 1,000 yen on me, and when I looked at the menu there was a 970 yen item, so I went in. ★Service The owner was very unfriendly the whole time. The look they gave me seemed like a glare. I was speaking politely, but they spoke casually in a grumpy-sounding voice. When I said thank you for the meal, there was no 'thank you very much' in return. ★Taste The ramen looked great, the clam broth came through strongly, and it was very delicious.

A blissful bowl of rich clam broth near Zoshiki Station The shop is in a great location, right outside the ticket gates of Zoshiki Station (about a 30-second walk). The main menu has 3 types: 'shoyu', 'clam broth', and 'shio'. This time I had the **'clam broth ramen'**. ■The soup and noodles One sip and you get a very rich soup, with clam umami filling your mouth. You can clearly taste the sweetness unique to clams, a deliciousness that soaks into your body. The noodles are on the thin side, cooked a little firm. This texture pairs perfectly with the rich soup. ■A nice perk The large size was free, a happy point for big eaters! ■Overall impressions I had a strong image of the Kamata area as 'kotteri' and 'machi-chuka', so I was surprised to find such a refined 'assari' bowl in Zoshiki. It's close to the station with excellent access, so I'll definitely come back again. Thanks for the meal!

I ordered the dashi-scented shoyu soba. The soup has a dried-fish flavor, strong taste with a strong shoyu presence. The noodles are thin. Toppings are chashu (2 kinds) and vegetables like kaiware. Added a seasoned egg. The portion is small. Go for a large. Large is free at lunch. There's dried-fish powder in it so the flavor is strong, but it doesn't really feel like dashi. The pork chashu has a lot of sinew. The toppings are weak overall too.
