One of the best tasting tsukemen ramens for my tastes. The niboshi plus chicken seafood dashi is an elegant balance of delicacy with depth. The noodles are thick and chewy, served with chicken & pork chashu, thick tasty menma and soft boiled egg (for the special version). The fried chicken skin on the spoon, adds a nice crunch with bursts of chicken flavor. If you like garlic, you need to ask for it separately. It is a special house-made marinated garlic bits which can add a nice kick. You can also ask for mentsuyu (the water which the noodles are boiled in) to enjoy the remaining broth as a soup. You might need to wait to get a seat, but for me, very much worth it.
View on GoogleWent for late lunch on a holiday, and there was a but of a line, as expected. We didn’t have to wait too long to get in though, and the food was definitely worth the wait too. Had the spicy tsukemen, but the level of spiciness was very mild. In fact, in my forst two slurps, I didn’t even taste the spiciness at all. It was still bery good, with just the right level of saltiness and a somewhat creamy taste to the broth. The noodles were on the chewier side, which I enjoyed very much. They also serve other noodle dishes and some rice toppings, but the tsukemen can get a free upgrade of the volume of noodles. While eating, you can ask for a hot stone to add to your broth if your broth turns cold. After finishing your noodles, you can also ask for a clear soup to be added to your leftover broth so you can enjoy drinking the soup too.
View on GoogleThis tsukemen place is all about giving their customers a very special experience and what’s better is their ramen are absolutely delicious. The shop doesn’t overwhelm customers with thousand of options, but they have at least a couple of flavor selections for each ramen category. Oh yea, the experience part, they have a very special way to warm up your dipping soup to make sure you can still enjoy warm soup for your tsukemen.
View on GoogleVery delicious Tsukemen shop near Yukigaya Otsuka station. Don’t miss their genuine tsukemen with chicken kawa. If your soup becomes cold, they will put a burning stone inside your bowl that will heat it up again!
View on GoogleThis Chinese noodle in soup restaurant is one of the super 1st class in ramen restaurants in Tokyo. Small dried sardines soup is very rich. The arrangements of topping such as vegetables, sliced chicken? or pork and the other ingredients are beautiful. The soup gets caught well with its thin noodle and soy sauce tastes boiled egg is also nice and its yolk is very creamy. The interior is modernized and very clean.
