This was my first visit since the change in ownership. The male owner runs it all by himself. I ordered everything from sashimi to a full course. The dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet) was fluffy and the dashi flavor was spot on! The fried yam had a fresh texture. Everything was delicious. Although the menu isn't as extensive as it was under the previous couple, I could feel their attitude of valuing regular customers in every detail. The homey atmosphere is great. Thanks for the meal. I'll definitely stop by again.
