Aug 5, 2025 Small but quite enjoyable little rooftop park. Too hot when I came at 10am so the ferris wheel, other games and food trucks were all suspended for the whole day (and maybe the whole midsummer?) You have to get out of Kamata station and access this from an elevator of Tokyu Plaza.

Went to the 7th floor to visit the roof terrace and see the ferris wheel and ended up taking a ride on it as it was quiet. It was only 300¥ per person for about a 5 minutes ride around. You can have great views of Kamata.

nice little space to chill and go on a (very tiny) ferris wheel. Good place to bring children. There's also a vending machine area on top, prices are normal.
