Since I've only been once, I deliberately took off one ⭐️. If I go again and it's just as pleasant, I'll make it 5‼️ The time I went seemed to be after the crowd had cleared, so it was just me and one other person inside. It wasn't noisy, and I spent a comfortable time listening to the exchanges between the staff and someone who seemed like a regular. The food was priced cheaply, so it was easy to order. I ordered drinks without looking at the menu, so I couldn't really tell if they were cheap or expensive. The atmosphere created by the owner, the rest of the staff, and the customers felt very cozy. I'd like to drop by again and take my time.

This was quite a while ago, but when I was working away from my family, I went almost every day, chatted about all sorts of things with the regulars and the owner, and enjoyed seasonal dishes.
