Firstly the amount of food you get for what you pay is insane. If you don’t consider yourself a big eater I would recommend getting the normal size option. The food itself is really good. They make their own noodles and the soup is rich. Definitely a great option in a neighborhood that lacks many restaurants. Also boiled eggs are free or charge. You can have as many as you’d like.
View on GoogleAs others have alluded to, generous portions of chewy thin-cut noodles mixed with a spicy based chili broth and seasoned savory and nutty meat makes the tan tan men a win-win situation for both quality and quantity. Seating inside is average counter seating and I wish it was a bit cleaner (when I dined there, there leftover noodles from past customers on the ground), but overall a no frills comfort food joint off the main highway and not too far of a walk from the station.

View on GoogleEasily the best ramen I've had in Tokyo. The sauce was delicious, and the portion was generous. He also makes his own noodles. I'd highly recommend eating here.
View on GoogleGenerous portion of freshly-cut noodles. The meat and other toppings are very well-seasoned, very flavorful.
