I ordered the light soy sauce with egg here. The onion and light soy sauce soup go well together and are the best. The combination was an absolute treat to eat. We went for dinner and did not have to wait to enter. Some people mentioned and can be busy but during the lunch period we did see a line up. Thank you for sharing your rich tasty noodles for me I appreciated it 😋.

It was our final opportunity to enjoy a meal in this charming city before our departure from Haneda. We received a recommendation for this establishment from the delightful staff at the Oto City Tourism Centre, conveniently situated at Keikyu Kamata station. The restaurant offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, and orders are placed via a machine. A kind staff member graciously assisted us by reviewing the Japanese-only menu, even as a lunch queue began to form behind us. Our party consisted of four individuals, including two children. We opted for their limited daily offering of 20 oyster sardine broth sets, and the children enjoyed the standard soy sauce broth. I must express that the fish broth ramen was, without a doubt, the most uniquely flavorful ramen we have ever experienced. I was genuinely surprised by how perfectly fresh, finely diced onions, in generous quantities, complemented the fish broth. The ramen was prepared flawlessly, and it was topped with a fresh oyster. The children also thoroughly enjoyed their ramen. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment with a perfect score of 10/10 if you find yourself in this vicinity.

I got the Oyster Ramen for 860 yen, had to wait for fifteen minutes with a lineup of 5 people. Very thick soup but delicious if you enjoy the fishier kind. Once they ask you to come on in, purchase a ticket from the vending machine, just line up the prices if you don't know Japanese and hand the ticket to the server as you sit down. After finishing, place the bowl on the counter and thank the great service.

Another new niboshi (dried sardine) shop in a not so trendy part of Tokyo, Kamata. The shop itself was trendy though, with sparkling clean countertops, neon glowing at the entrance, and bright lighting in the shop. The dark colored soup is quite thick, as the seafood soup is combined with tonkotsu pork broth. Without any bitterness or fishyness sometimes present in these types of soups, the true niboshi flavor dominates the palate with every slurp. The chashu and oyster were a perfect add and of superb quality. After the ramen, the kaedama noodle refill is ready to be served, which here is actually aburasoba that can be eaten by itself just like at Ramen Kai in Kuramae. Sansho olive oil gives an herby, fragrant touch for the skinny, but firm noodles. It was totally worth the 40min venture from home after work in a very crowded Keihin Tohoku line. I'll come back, on a weekend, perhaps.

I had oyster ramen which got ramen award before. It’s literally just oyster ramen but not mind blowing level for me.
