Not a chain store but a private izakaya. Moreover, classic style. From the lunch menu I ordered the loin ginger pork stir-fry set. The 3 people who looked like regulars who came after all ordered the daily lunch set. Should I have ordered that... Ginger pork stir-fry has a strong seasoning, a taste that makes rice delicious at lunch, and alcohol delicious at night. The hijiki side dish was not bud hijiki but long hijiki (stem part). Always for lunch. Delicious. Run by the owner from Yamada Town, Iwate Prefecture. Unagi and kamameshi are delicious. This year (2018) Doyo no Ushi is 7/20 and 8/1, Unaju 2750 yen. But it was delicious. There are many unagi shops in Ota-ku, but even though it's an izakaya, I think it's really delicious.

When I go to Ikegami for business, at night it's Kisaragi, that has become a standard in our family. Family-run izakaya and there is no stylish atmosphere, but it is strangely comfortable and calm. And the food is delicious. Smoking is prohibited in the shop and there is a private smoking room, that is also a high point.
