My son lives closeby, so we pass it everyday on the way to Kamata Eki, so after getting off the train at noon one day we stopped by. THe service was very friendly - we were the only gaijin around, and spoke very limited nihongo, but it was just enough to get by.I had the miso ramen, my wife had the shoyu and my son had fried rice. They were all good, had generous portions and were ready within 10 minutes. It's very good for getting quick ramen and for any foreigners/gaijin, you'll be welcome. I included the menu for all the gaijin not used to this type of machine, which is somewhat common in Japan. Its a push button machine - you push a button for the item you want, insert the cash, then give the ticket to the server. Easy Peasy.
View on GoogleRamen is good, just a bit too salty for me.
View on GoogleThe food was plenty and delicious. I had the spicy Mazesoba and Gyoza on the side. Super good :))

View on Google[Project-R]The road to conquering Kamata ramen Epilogue 96/73 This is a shop that opened long before the recent boom in store openings (February 2025), but it's a shop that has changed many times even in the recent past, from "Chibakara" -> "Tokuton". Moreover, the signboard in front of the store hasn't changed from Tokuton, and there's Iekei style, Jiro style, and back-fat style, so I didn't have high expectations and skipped visiting. In the midst of that, the Kamata ramen store opening boom started to settle down (although it seems there's one more next week), so I tried to go. So, as I wrote above, what to choose among everything. After staring at the signboard in front of the store and debating with Jiro style until the end, I decided, of course from the top left, so, Shoyu Ramen 880 yen. Order, as usual with Iekei, firm and light. As for the taste,,, I didn't expect much, but it was even lower than that! First, was it wrong to order it light, or is it because the noodles aren't very thick straight noodles, the taste of the soup doesn't cling to the noodles. It's been a long time since I ate noodles like this. Chashu also includes 3 pieces, which I'm grateful for, but it's hard and not really to my liking. As for the soup, I immediately added minced garlic to change the taste, but it didn't improve,,, It was a pity.
