Typical Comfort foods. The only thing is that the chopsticks they have is one time only cheap material. Thats the only thing I find it annoying. The food is more a saltier side but overall the service and quality deserves a 4 star.

View on Google「増田屋」 is known as a soba shop founded in the mid-to-late Edo period, with a story of surviving earthquakes and war damage from the Taisho period onward and actively establishing branches through sharing its name and traditions. Perhaps this is one of the shops in that lineage. The menu has a solid lineup of soba, udon, rice bowls, and sets combining them, along with alcohol and individual dishes. Prices are also reasonably affordable for a neighborhood soba shop. The thin, supple soba had a firm bite and tasted delicious with the rich yet sharp dipping sauce. They served a generous amount of 「とろろ」 in a small bowl, which felt indulgent. There are booths and tables, but I felt comfortable dining alone. They also accept PayPay.
View on GoogleA long-established soba shop founded in Meiji 41ヾ(*´∀`*) I come every New Year's Eve, and there's always a line. The noodles are slightly thin, firm Shinshu soba with a nice bite and a smooth texture going down( ・∀・)b The sauce is rich, with a good balance of sweetness and soy sauce flavor, and goes perfectly with this soba(*´ч`*) I also had kake soba, and the broth had depth and was delicious! The hot soba is good too( *>ω•́ )b Another recommendation here is the large shrimp tempura( ・ㅂ・)و ̑̑ The batter was a little slimmer this year, but I liked it better this way(*^^*) Still, the batter is a little heavy, so it seems best to eat it as soon as it arrives( 'ч' ) Looking forward to next year too m(*_ _)m Thanks for the meal〜ゴチソ━(人>▽<。)━サマッ
