Top udon noodle soup I’ve had. I’d rank this airport udon over many full udon restaurants back in the bay.

Located in the south wing of terminal 1 at the Haneda Airport, the hot soba and tempura were great. Maybe it was the hours I spent traveling, but it was worth the ¥1200. The tempura came as a prawn and two vegetables; shiso leaf and maybe mushrooms? It was hard to tell and had little flavor. Ordering is easy and cashless. The kiosk also has an English option. After ordering, you hand your ticket to the employee behind the counter and wait to hear your order once it’s ready. Oh, and there’s free water and coffee. Next time I’m here, I’ll try the cold soba!

The service was quite slow but there were a lot of orders at the time so it was fine but they forgot one of the side dishes even they use ticket system. They probably need to improve the service process. Service: 2, food: 3
