First visit around 12:00 on Sun., 2026.8/30. It seems to be a popular place, as there were quite a few customers waiting💡 The interior has a kissaten feel and is calm😊 I ordered the special omurice, crab croquette, and cream soda. The crab croquette had crab meat in it and was delicious! The special omurice had soft, runny egg, and the ketchup rice inside was spot on! The flavor was neither too strong nor too light—home-style cooking😄 A lovely Western-style restaurant where you can feel a homey atmosphere and home-cooked flavors☺️
View on Google[Superb seafood gratin at a nostalgic old-school yoshoku restaurant] Visited for the first time, two of us, a little after 13:30 on June 28, 2026. It was almost full when we visited The interior felt like a retro, nostalgic yoshoku restaurant, just like a movie set The seafood gratin we ordered had crab claws in it and was very luxurious. The special cream was also very rich and delicious.
View on GoogleWent for lunch, the two of us. After a few minutes' wait we were shown to a table, and had the lunch A set: hamburg steak and fried shrimp, and the daily set: fillet katsu and potato croquette. It's a neighborhood yoshoku restaurant, very nostalgic and delicious. It comes with salad too, plus rice and miso soup—everything you eat is delicious. Looking forward to the daily special next time I go.
View on Google⭐️Superb neighborhood yoshoku spot founded in 1959‼️The cheese cutlet is super delicious, and the rice comes in a massive portion—the best⭐️@Omorimachi This time I spent an hour getting to a superb‼️ neighborhood yoshoku restaurant in Ota Ward. Arrived at 11:25 on a Sunday, with 1 group waiting. There's a sign-up sheet by the entrance, so I wrote my name and was seated after a 3-minute wait. It's along Sangyo Road, a 12-minute walk from Omorimachi Station on the Keikyu Line. Inside there are only 11 tables, no counter. The lighting is warm with a classic atmosphere, and it feels clean. The BGM is classical music, giving it an elegant feel. There are lots of locals, the crowd skews older, and many people are drinking. And the very large number of female customers is proof that it's delicious⭐️ [Order] Pork cutlet baked with cheese 1,400 yen Comes with soup, salad, rice, and miso soup Large rice 110 yen In the dining area there were two young staff, a man and a woman, and in the kitchen a man and a woman who seemed to be a married couple. First, the set salad arrives. The salad is just cabbage, with dressing on it. Next, the soup makes its appearance. It's corn soup topped with croutons, rich and delicious‼️ There are chopsticks, as well as a knife and fork. The main cheese cutlet, rice, and miso soup arrived 12 minutes after ordering. The main plate comes with even more salad‼️ (lol) Veggies first, so I start with the salad. Even though vegetables are pricey, getting this much is really appreciated⭐️ There's cheese on top of the cheese cutlet, and it's topped with a really tasty sauce that's like a mix of miso and Worcestershire sauce, plus ketchup. The cutlet's coating is crispy, and the meat is very tender, so both texture and flavor were insanely delicious‼️ And since I got the large rice, an enormous amount of rice on a flat plate⭐️ The rice is delicious too, and with the cheese cutlet the rice just keeps disappearing‼️ The miso soup was a homestyle one with wakame, and very delicious✌️ This place has a big menu, with way too many really tempting items, so if it were nearby it'd definitely become a regular haunt‼️ Payment is cash only. Thank you for the meal‼️
View on GoogleLately I've mostly had chances to go to places serving refined yoshoku, and I'd been wanting to go to an old-fashioned, downtown-style yoshoku restaurant run by a family. An acquaintance who lives near this place recommended it, so I came for lunch. (Actually visited in early July 2024) When I arrived at peak weekday lunchtime, it was full, so I waited outside for about 15 minutes. When I went in and looked at the menu, the prices were so reasonable. After much deliberation, I ordered the following: Daily lunch A set (hamburg steak, fried shrimp, ham salad) 880 yen The A set came with demi-glace sauce on the hamburg steak, a slice of loin ham on the salad, and one fried shrimp. Just looking at it, the CP is outstanding. The hamburg steak isn't that big, and the demi-glace is an old-school type packed with Showa-era vibes, but considering the price, it's a solid pass. The fried shrimp was also tastier than its price would suggest. Grateful to the acquaintance who told me about this place. I'm definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu! Thank you for the meal.
