The chicken curry rice was tasty and flavorful. My only small gripe is that there weren't many pieces of chicken in the dish. Aside from that, it was a satisfying meal and a nice place to relax at the airport.
View on GoogleThe staff speak fluent English, and the shop opens early in the morning (I visited at 5:50 am). They offer simple breakfast bento boxes and sell coffee, cakes, and other souvenirs. Prices differ for dine-in versus takeout, with takeout being cheaper.
View on GoogleWhen you go to the Cafe, you MUST get the delicious ice cream. Sweet and Creamy Ice cream! I was just buying something to eat and I found at my gate. I just bought a Ice cream and They made the ice cream super fast. The ice cream was so but for 648 (for take out or 660 eat in) Yen!
View on GoogleI would rate the service I received from the cashier on June 2, 2026, at around 1:30 AM as one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. As I was about to leave Japan, I was counting the last coins in order to use up my remaining change. While I was counting the coins on the counter, I placed the coins I intended to use on the designated payment tray. Instead of simply informing me if additional payment was required, the cashier pushed aside some of the coins I had provided and then reached into the separate pile of coins I was still counting for myself. She even moved my fingers aside in order to take coins that I had not yet offered for payment. What made the experience even worse was the cashier's attitude throughout the interaction. Her facial expressions and body language clearly gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing her and that her only concern was to finish the transaction as quickly as possible and move on. Rather than showing patience or basic courtesy, she appeared visibly irritated by the fact that I was taking a moment to count my remaining coins. I found this behavior completely inappropriate and disrespectful. At no point did I give permission for my personal belongings to be handled in this manner. A simple explanation or request would have been sufficient. To make matters worse, the cookies I purchased were bland and disappointing. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the cashier's conduct fell far below the level of courtesy and professionalism I expect, especially in a country renowned for its customer service.
View on GoogleLong queue with 1 cashier for so many customers who waiting to order hot & cold beverages, sandwiches, pastries, cakes and ice-creams. Sandwiches here not cheap. Don’t like too thick fillings sandwich, difficult and messy to eat.
