my flight arrived before 5am and happy to find this Tully's opens early in the morning, so that i can relax a bit after the flight, have a tea /coffee and a simple brekkie, before starting off my tokyo trip. they provide seat having charging port too, that's very friendly for travellers. if you don't even have a charging cable (like me!) there's charge-spot here that you can rent the portable charger. very convenient. i had a tiramisu frappe, very good! but the tamago sando, just so-so, it looked stuffed at the top but poor in the middle. but i think it's good enough to charge me (and my phone) up!

Decent place if you want to work and have a good cup of coffee at the same time. It’s located on the 2nd floor of Terminal 3 at HND, and they have a workable long table with power outlets, which is very useful before a flight. I had a latte and it tasted pretty good as well. A solid airport cafe if you need both caffeine and a practical place to sit with your laptop.

Guessing it's about 50 seats on the second floor in Terminal 3. Atmosphere is modern and airy but it still sounds like an airport. Elevated prices, too. No music that I can hear, though there's often an announcement. Wi-Fi and power both available. Not just here, but apparently throughout the airport places I've wandered so far. Coffee as expected and I'll call it a flat four stars overall.

Coffee shop at 2nd floor of T3 Haneda Airport. Here they have tables with charging stations. Coffee shop has savory and sweet bites besides coffee and other drinks.
