With a big group of 9 people, we decided to get here early, and we're glad we did. We were immediately shown to our tables by a friendly waitress, and understandably our food took some time to come, but they timed it to bring out everyone's food at the same time. The buckwheat noodles were al dente with a good bite to them, and satisfied the appetite; the soba-yu that came afterwards was delicious, too. I got the sobagaki zenzai (buckwheat dumplings in a red bean soup) for dessert, which I loved, l just wish the serving was a bit bigger. Maybe because it was just one person serving customers, but the tea wasn't attentively refilled. Perhaps make the tea self-service, if there aren't enough staff?

Sunday, after 13:30 I was in the mood for soba and tempura, and this restaurant caught my attention while searching, so I drove to the Ome area for the first time. Recommendations ・わせいろう御膳 (Suruga Bay shrimp kakiage rice bowl) 1,850円 ・Assorted tempura 1,400円 Since I'd come all this way, I had the recommended set and assorted tempura. First, the presentation is beautiful. The handmade soba has a lovely aroma, and the tempura is delicious. The standout was the sakura shrimp kakiage rice bowl. Truly moving. I'd never eaten kakiage this crisp and delicious. I happened to learn later that Suruga Bay sakura shrimp are apparently famous in Shizuoka, and kakiage is a particularly recommended way to eat them. When I saw it in a video, I thought, ah! That looks just like the sakura shrimp kakiage I ate here! The diners' comments used expressions similar to my own thoughts. If I crave kakiage nearby, this place will probably be my definite choice. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal
