It's sooo delicious! I recommend this place to anyone who asks if I know any good ramen places.

The soup was lighter than expected, but coated the noodles nicely, and the chashu was tender and delicious, too. It had been a while since I'd had such good ramen. A relatively elderly couple? worked briskly and in sync, and above all I was impressed by how amazingly clean and well maintained the kitchen was.

梅浜亭@Kabe Cabbage ramen ¥1100, medium portion ¥150, nori ¥100 「Yokohama shoyu tonkotsu ramen」 by an owner who previously worked at とんぱた亭❗️ The cabbage ramen comes in a fairly large bowl. The piping-hot soup has a light pork-bone flavor with restrained kaeshi seasoning, in a classic Iekei style from the good old days. The slightly thinner medium-thick flat noodles are fully cooked by default, smooth, chewy, and supple❗️ The cabbage topping is blanched and seasoned just right, with excellent texture and flavor❗️ Towards the end, adding the spicy chives and garlic on the table gives it an immediate kick❗️ The medium portion has plenty of noodles and left me full. Next time, I'll try 「stronger flavor」 and 「firmer noodles」. Thanks for the meal♪

My first visit after someone recommended it. I ordered cabbage chashu noodles. The chashu was large and melt-in-your-mouth tender. I was happy with the generous nori and cabbage, too. The noodles were on the soft side, so next time I'd like to order them firm. I should have added an ajitama topping, too…! I'll visit again. Thanks for the meal.
