Loved Tea Room 🌿✨ — a beautiful garden-style café by the river with a super peaceful vibe. The scones were light and fluffy, cakes creamy, and the tea and coffee delicious 🍰☕. Everything is served on lovely tableware, and the staff is very kind and friendly 💕

Gorgeous garden style cafe alongside a lovely river with the most delicious fluffy light scones, creamy cake, tasty teas and coffee. Everything was served on delightfully decorative crockery and cutlery. Only a short walk from the station, this is a lovely place to have a relaxing break from hectic central Tokyo.

This place was a great find, it was a true gem. The owners are really friendly and there is a great view. The scones, cake, muffins, and tea are all very delicious. Getting here by car can be a little tricky especially when going for the first time. This place is open on weekends and holidays only and even though the sign says 11:00, it opens at 10:30. It is a popular spot and it can fill up quickly. Unfortunately, no reservations are allowed. You could easily spend several hours here. They have blankets if it gets chilly. They also have mug cups and other items you can buy. Check it out if you’re in the area.

Incredible views, the pastries are delicious and it is evident they care for their customers.

It was great for the price $7.50 per person. Great customer service. The owner (my guess) didn't just refill my water she brought me a new one with new mint. I didn't need to ask. The scones and jam were outstanding. The view and the sound of the river were great. I walked from the ome train station. Very easy maybe a 10 minute walk. I am going back.
