The sushi created by the chef are pieces of art. Fresh ingredients are used and they taste high quality.

View on GoogleSushikatsu @ Higashi-Ome Kaisendon (seafood bowl) ¥3000, large serving ¥100, Yebisu (large) ¥880 Visited 'Sushikatsu', a reputable sushi restaurant in Higashi-Ome, after making a phone reservation the day before. Currently, it seems to be basically reservation-only. Chirashi sushi is also reputable for its rich toppings, but I went for the Kaisendon, which is said to have an order of magnitude more volume in toppings, with a large serving of sushi rice❗️ When the master handed me the bowl, the heavy weight... this is the best volume ever❗️ Sea grapes, lean bluefin tuna, medium fatty tuna, scraped tuna, shrimp, and under the salmon are pickled mackerel, young sardines, scallops, herring roe, salmon roe, white fish, etc., and countless other toppings. In addition, tamagoyaki, kamaboko, cucumber, pickled radish, etc., are added as palate cleansers, and overall, it is about 3 times the volume of a general Kaisendon. Of course, the freshness of the toppings is outstanding and delicious, so I keep eating, but since the large serving of sushi rice is also about 3 servings, I start to feel full and painful from the middle... Looking at other people's orders, even the upper chirashi had a considerable volume, so I think it's the correct answer to check with the upper chirashi for the first time, and if you have room in your stomach, go for the Kaisendon. I think I will have the upper chirashi or upper nigiri next time. Thank you for the meal♪
View on GoogleToday, I came with my family of 4. The seared deluxe nigiri smelled so good while it was being made that it was movingly delicious. The ara-jiru (fish soup) that came with the sushi was also the best. My family also ordered nigiri, and everyone was happy. It was my wife's birthday party, so it became the best dinner and a good memory. Thank you. I want to go again!
