View on GoogleI’m from outside the prefecture, but almost every time I visit our business partners here, I come here for lunch. On my first visit, I ordered “ポークラーメン” and became hooked. There’s nowhere back home that serves ramen like this. This time, I arrived right when they opened. Of course, I ordered “ポークラーメン”. The quiet owner works his wok and stir-fries the pork. He mixes in seasonings and garlic, places it on the noodles with the other toppings, then says across the counter, “Thank you for waiting~,” serving it with ginger to refresh the palate. First, a spoonful of soup. The distinctive, slightly sour, umami-rich broth is infused with plenty of garlic, filling my mouth with deliciousness. “Mmm, this is it,” I can’t help murmuring at how good it is. The thin, curly, yellowish noodles carry plenty of soup and garlic with them—delicious too!! The pork is stir-fried just right, fragrant and delicious as well. The other toppings—garlic chives, wakame, and nori—play their supporting roles. The oil covering the soup traps the heat, keeping it piping hot to the end. Finally, I add a little vinegar to the soup and finish everything in no time. It’s so delicious that I’d like to try the other ramen too. But next time, I’ll probably still end up saying “ポークラーメン”. Thank you for the meal. It was very delicious.
