Wow! A little hard to find, but worth the discovery. Japan generally has good bakeries, but this one is better than most. Picked up a cinnamon raisin loaf and it was perfect in texture and sweetness. If you are in the area, recommend you stop by and pick up some goodies.

I visited after lunch in the neighborhood. Cafe is available from 13:00. I ordered bread and iced latte. The bread can be heated but what was brought was baked. It was comfortable. PayPay was available.

There is a sign along the road, so it's easy to understand. If you turn, there is a parking flag, so it's easy to understand. Parking for 3 cars. Past 12 noon on a holiday. A former textile factory building?! renovated into a wonderful space. Both the exterior and interior are stylish. There are few types but the bread looks very delicious. I don't think it's cheap. Bread can be sliced upon request. Hard breads were also lined up. Cafe is from 13:00. Tables and books are lined up. It's a quiet bakery in the countryside.
