The master is so kind. My first choice was “curry and rice with Tokyo X katsu (Fried pork)”(¥1,950). The taste is good and mild. I’m looking forward to have other meals.

Visited on Saturday around 14. The parking lot is shared with the construction company to the left of the restaurant and holds about a maximum of 3 cars. It was a little past lunchtime, so I entered with no other customers there. The exterior, interior, smell, and blaring baseball broadcast on TV were pure Showa-era—retro fans might love it… After ordering the mori soba and mini katsudon set for ¥1100, I was bothered by a 2-minute? 1-and-a-half-minute? conversation between the owner and his wife? in the kitchen, but the food arrived without incident after about 10 minutes. A sign inside says the soba is homemade, but apparently they buy it now; it was on par with soft supermarket noodles. Was the dipping sauce Hon Tsuyu too? The katsu coating in the katsudon tasted oxidized—fried in advance? The pickles were the only thing that tasted best〜 For some reason, they seem to promote 東京X, and ordering the ¥2100 katsudon would take courage, but there won't be a next visit for me〜

I really enjoyed it! This is the sansai soba (hot) and mini katsudon set. The soba broth isn't as salty as it looks and goes well with the mountain vegetables and rustic soba ((゚д゚)YUM). The mini katsudon is appetizing too, with beaten egg thoroughly infused with flavor and thick katsu (゚д゚)YUM. The owner was kind, serving me tea and helping me enjoy my meal! I'll be back!

This soba shop is on the north-exit side of Higashi-Ome Station, behind Ome City Hall. Both the exterior and interior are full of Showa-era atmosphere. I enjoyed the soba and mini katsudon set for 1050円 including tax. Thank you for the meal. The flavor is quite sweet and salty. Recommended for retro fans.

Three of us visited, and it was my first time. The interior is pure Showa-era. 5 tables seating 4 people each are squeezed in tightly. The prices are on the cheaper side, perhaps? I ordered tororo soba. The others had TOKYO X katsudon and tenmori. Sorry, but the soba was like セブンイレブン, perhaps💦 Compared with セブンイレブン, the sweetness of the broth really stood out. I'd like a little more soy sauce flavor. There was a regular-sized egg in the tororo💦 I don't like the smell of eggs, so I'd have preferred one about the size of a quail egg… With this broth, the katsudon tasted just as expected. Sweet… It wasn't to my taste.
