The staff are all very friendly, pleasant, and quick. The shop is clean, and the ramen is to my taste and small, so I can finish it even if I order the delicious and fun egg fried rice served on an iron plate as a set. I like the black tonkotsu shoyu ramen. This is the first ramen shop that makes me want to work with them!
View on GoogleStable deliciousness! Meat ramen that can be enjoyed twice by changing the flavor At Marugen Ramen Ome branch, I had the standard "Aged Shoyu Ramen Meat Soba". Whenever I eat it, the quality is stable and makes me say "Delicious!" the moment I take a bite. The characteristic thinly sliced pork is well-soaked with the flavor of the soup and is exquisite. My habit is to add "doro-dare chili oil" after eating about halfway. The expression changes drastically, and I could enjoy it deliciously without getting bored until the end. I will visit again!
View on GoogleThe parking lot is quite large, so you can visit by car with peace of mind. Ordering is done with the tablet on the table. What is in the photo, if I remember correctly, is the Marugen Set(?). It contains ramen, fried rice, and 3 gyoza. Because the fried rice is served on an iron plate, you can enjoy it deliciously even after finishing all the ramen. The appearance of the ramen looks thick, but it is surprisingly light. Because it might have been a campaign period, I was able to draw a lottery and got a free soft serve pass and a half-price gyoza pass. For payment, there was 1 cashless machine and 1 manned register.
View on GoogleMarugen Ramen that everyone loves. Because it's relatively close to home, I occasionally go to eat there. It's always crowded at lunch or dinner time. Inside the shop is clean and spacious. The staff's service is kind and polite, giving a very good impression. The standard menu is, of course, meat soba. The soup is basically sweet shoyu and it is characteristic that there is pork in it. Besides that, there are various types such as tonkotsu, shio, miso, tantanmen, and limited noodles, so you won't get bored even if you come often. There are also many kids' menus, and many side menus. One thing that was unfortunate was when I visited the shop at night some time ago, highball was sold out. Having no choice, I drank lemon sour, but soon after that was also sold out. For me who wants to have a drink while slurping ramen, it was unfortunate.
View on GoogleEntered the shop at lunch on Sunday. Because I entered before it started to get crowded, I was able to sit smoothly. Ordering is using a touch panel. Because you can choose slowly, personally I like this ordering method😊 I ordered the limited-time ramen and iron plate fried rice. Iron plate fried rice was served hot, I mixed the egg and rice to eat. It was delicious. Honestly, the taste of the limited-time ramen was average🥹 Next time I will eat the standard meat miso ramen. The staff's service was polite.
