I had the special chuka soba. The toppings were colorful, including thinly sliced chashu, large menma, rock nori, mitsuba, and naruto. The chashu in particular paired wonderfully with the ginger-flavored broth and was really delicious. The broth stayed enjoyable right to the end, and I finished it all for the first time in a while. The staff were all cheerful, with a somewhat distinctive, memorable atmosphere. The parking area in front seems to fit around 4 cars. There's a paid parking lot nearby. Next time, I'd definitely like to try another menu item too.

Limited special: salmon and ikura mixed noodles with sansho shaved ice 〜With rice to mix in〜 ※Without salmon and menma It was really delicious. Mixing in the rice went incredibly well too. When I asked for no salmon or menma, they were considerate enough to even give me a free ajitama. It ranked quite high among everything I've eaten in terms of deliciousness.

I had the special chuka soba and niboshi soba. The chuka soba has a gentle, ginger-flavored broth that you can drink down easily. It looks lovely too, with thinly sliced chashu, large menma, rock nori, and mitsuba. The niboshi soba comes in a tall bowl with relatively little broth, so men might find it insufficient. They seem to have items beyond the regular menu on weekends, so I'd definitely like to try those too. Meal ticket machine: cash only

On the way to the ramen shop I was aiming for in Ome City, I considered the gasoline cost and decided to eat at several places in succession. I've eaten at garage, イチバノナカ, エキチカ, and other places in the 𛀣九家 group, but this was my “first” visit to the main shop. My impression is that portions across the group are small, so it seemed fine as the first stop for consecutive meals.🧐👀🤔 Since it was the weekend, Sunday, I tried the limited special and the shop's top recommendation, “鶏白湯SOBA〜炭火炙り鶏のせ〜”, with piropiro noodles. 1,200円 feels expensive, doesn't it?😰 With such a bold price, I'm expecting good flavor.😉 The bowl arrived and looked tasty, but this is 1,200円. Honestly, it's far too expensive, isn't it?😅😂 Beyond the overall portion size, there's no ajitama and no long green onion. They make do with onion, but such a tiny amount is terribly disappointing.😱 The greens have also been prepared in some puzzling way; I'd prefer them served as they are.🫣 It makes me question whether they were fresh.🤔 The seared chicken was cold? Cooled down, with a pre-made feel, which was disappointing.😞😔 Shops that pride themselves on seared chashu sear it to order before serving.😄✨👍 The piropiro noodles were a little too soft for me.😰 The tori paitan broth wasn't bad, but it wasn't good enough to call delicious.😔🫣🤔 With this flavor and this portion size, I won't be returning.😂😰🤫 鶏白湯SOBA ☆3 This applies to the whole group, but if you can't offer large noodle portions, please offer kaedama noodle refills.🙇🙏 Not aedama.😫😡
