I came across this conveyor belt sushi restaurant the other day. It wasn't busy at all — in fact, we were the only ones there. It's a chain, but there aren't many locations. In my opinion, it serves high-quality sushi, and everything was prepared fresh. There was no shouting your order to the chef; you just write it down on the paper provided. Maybe because it wasn't busy, there wasn't any sushi going around the conveyor belt. I really enjoyed my experience, and I look forward to going back again. If you're in the area, check it out.

Went here for lunch and you know it's a good spot when locals/regulars go there too! It was my first time trying puffer fish sushi and it was great!

I visited on a weekday afternoon. The parking lot and restaurant were quiet. It's a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but nothing was going around. All the toppings were fresh and tastier than expected, so I was very satisfied. If it were nearby, the taste would make me want to come back again and again. The のど黒岩塩炙り was especially delicious. It melted in my mouth, and its sweetness filled my whole mouth. The こはだ topping was beautifully arranged on the nigiri. This was my first time having こはだ nigiri like this. The chef's care showed, and even its appearance was appetizing. I had the 炙りあなご without sauce. It was fluffy and tender, letting me enjoy the sweetness of the あなご. You can enjoy the miso soup bar for free. I deliberately ordered today's miso soup, but it tasted ordinary. I'd definitely like to visit again if I'm nearby.

I visited for lunch. First, I appreciated the free chawanmushi or salad, plus unlimited miso soup (fish trimmings soup). I had the select lunch, with luxurious toppings such as 中トロ・赤貝・あなご・赤海老, and everything was delicious. However, the toppings were simply placed on rice that looked machine-made, rather than being shaped by hand. I also ordered fried oysters, which were freshly fried and delicious too.

Visited again while updating my review. Arrived at 18 on Sunday, and five groups were already waiting. This restaurant gets busy fairly early. We were seated after about 30 minutes. It's a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but you generally order from the staff. You order by filling out the provided order slip. Today's recommendations are shown on a sign inside. For me, 活き〆シマアジ and 活き〆カンパチ are must-orders! Of course, there may be day-to-day variation, but they're delicious. Popular toppings sell out quickly, so order early. Today (since it's spring), the shellfish were delicious too. And this restaurant's quiet must-have is 『だし巻き玉子』. Each one is made individually, served piping hot, and delicious. It makes me want だし巻き玉子 with rice. For dessert, there's old-fashioned pudding and ice cream, but judging by the selection, desserts aren't that impressive? The fish is fresh, and the sushi is delicious. The prices might be a little high. We left around 19:30, and quite a few seats were starting to open up. They also offer orders to take home as gifts or takeaway. Addition Why don't they use ordinary unpasteurized soy sauce? The umami soy sauce flavor is so strong that somehow it doesn't taste good. I think it's a shame.
