Tasty ramen but not friendly staff

I ordered the miso chashu. Rather than the punchy miso at other 味源 locations, it had a slightly lighter, milder flavor. The medium-thick curly noodles pair perfectly with miso! The chashu was thinly sliced but chewy and satisfying to eat! Juicy and delicious. Thanks for the meal!

Whenever I occasionally passed this place, I wondered whether it was open. I finally got to eat here. Visited at 13 on Sunday. It seems to be run by a married couple. There were only 2 customers when I entered; they showed me to a seat and brought water. Since it was my first time, I played it safe with their top recommendation, Sapporo miso ramen. The soup was piping hot, neither too strong nor too weak, and delicious. The noodles were yellow, like Hokkaido noodles, and cooked just right. The chashu was thin and large, with bean sprouts, menma, and a little wakame. It was well balanced and easy to eat, with a portion that made me think a large might have been fine.

I'd been curious for a while, and there were always lots of cars parked at lunchtime, so I stopped in to try it. There aren't many seats inside, so you might have to wait at lunch. I ordered miso chashu🍜. The flavor is rich and really makes you feel you're eating miso ramen—very delicious. The chashu suits the ramen too and tastes good🍜♫

Miso ramen 【味源】 A place I absolutely love! I've visited the 小平, 河辺, 小作, and now-closed 入間 branches, but the timing never worked out for the 青梅 branch alone… We happened to pass the 青梅 shop, and my partner wanted 味源, so we suddenly pulled into the parking lot! There's parking on the restaurant grounds🎵 It seems to close around 15? We entered around 14:30, and I'd already eaten. It was our first visit, so although two of us entered, we ordered just 1 bowl of miso ramen… They seemed a little put out… sob. Then the miso ramen arrived! The presentation was a little messy, with fewer bean sprouts… I hadn't expected anything at all, but was surprised that the flavor suited both my partner and me! The noodles were properly yellow and curly too, springy and firm even without asking for firmer noodles! Glad we didn't ask for firmer noodles〜🎵 My partner finishing all the soup is quite rare🎵 But… The ramen is delicious and I can recommend it, yet as other reviews mention, it was a fairly hot day, but the air conditioning wasn't on, and the restaurant was incredibly hot… If you don't handle heat well, I think visiting on a cool day would be better🎵 These are only my personal opinions and impressions!
