I like anago (conger eel), so I had the anago bowl. At nearby tables, there were salarymen working in the neighborhood having set meals of grilled fish or ginger pork. It was freshly fried and very delicious! I thought the batter was a bit thick, but the first bite was crispy and fluffy, which was nice. Less rice, and the sauce was light. Since I'm in my 50s, the oil felt a bit heavy at the end, but overall I think it was good.

Hinoki Chaya @ Kabe Shrimp Tempura Bowl ¥1300, Large serving ¥300 Near Kabe Station on the Ome Line, a Japanese restaurant in an emerald green building that catches the eye. Visited during weekday lunch. Reasonable prices such as Unaju ¥3200, Seafood Bowl ¥1700, Shrimp Tempura Bowl ¥1300. I was curious about the towering shrimp tempura bowl I saw in someone else's Tabelog post, so I ordered the Shrimp Tempura Bowl with a large serving of rice. The shrimp tempura bowl handed over the counter was towering more than I expected❗️ The shrimp was fried crispy and light with a modest amount of sauce. The shrimp volume was solid and plump, delicious❗️ In addition, the frying level of the kisu fish, eggplant, and shishito pepper was exquisite, and the rice was delicious and very filling❗️ Large serving of rice for ¥300 might feel a bit expensive, but with this content, it's perfect. It seems there is also Conger Eel Tempura Bowl, so maybe next time I'll try the conger eel... Thank you for the meal♪

Counter seats were empty and the food was served quickly. The service was kind and good. The photo is Unaju 3245 yen. The taste is good, the rice felt a bit thin. It seems the menu lists prices excluding tax. Points of concern are that the condiment bottles were sticky and not clean, and the waiting time for the credit card payment machine was long, possibly due to signal issues. Thank you for the meal

Since long ago, I have often used it for all group sizes, such as banquets with family and relatives, large company banquets, or dates for two. Recently, after a long time, I dropped by alone for lunch. Today, I had the "(Premium) Seafood Bowl (¥1,600)", and the tuna was fatty and delicious. Next time, I would like to have the "Conger Eel Tempura Bowl (¥1,200)"😊 Parking is available on the left side of the shop.

Because the reviews were good, I entered for the first time. When I entered the shop, there were zero customers, but there was no greeting and I was completely ignored, so I was confused if I could just sit down?? I was troubled because I didn't know the procedure. I went to eat eel, but since there was no half portion of unaju (eel bowl), I ate tempura bowl. The rice was a small portion, but the tempura, rice, and miso soup were all very delicious.
