Beautiful hiking area way off the beaten path if you ever visit Japan.

I walked the snow-covered path from the Fourth Rest Area on the west side and got there in 10 minutes. Going up the stairs, there are long benches and a round stone table, and beside the woods there's a fine gazebo (azumaya). It was snowing the day I went, so I couldn't see the view.

The third rest area on the hiking course. There's a table, it's sheltered from the wind, and on nice days it's warm and toasty. There's no view here these days either, but since there's a table you can take your time and have a meal.

While hiking in the mountains, you can rest and enjoy a nice view.
