Great value food, friendly staff and feels like your at grandma's BUT has anything been cleaned lately? Floor is black in place and sticky, makes me question how clean is the kitchen?

I went just after opening and got to have 刺身定食. You can freely combine 3 varieties. I chose マグロ・マグロ・ネギトロ. A large serving of rice is free. I'm stuffed.
