The observation rooms give slightly different views of the dam and have a couple of informational displays.
View on GoogleYou can fully feel the size of the dam and the height of the embankment. Inside there are also exhibits like a mini museum.
View on GoogleThere are dam models and materials. You can climb the stairs and safely look down from a high place
View on GoogleAn observation deck on top of Ogochi Dam. It's 3 stories, and from the upper floor you can see the whole dam, and the views upstream and downstream are good too. Inside there are panels explaining the history of the dam's construction, plus a 3D model of the dam, so I think you'll find it quite informative.
View on GoogleNo vehicles allowed on the dam Access is on foot from the parking lot There are two towers side by side; the one farther from the parking lot is the observation deck Staff are stationed inside, but no check-in is needed It's through glass, so the view is so-so There's also a small dam exhibit facility
