A casual sushi bar where you can order from just one piece. With its headquarters in Nagoya, the menu has traces of Nagoya cuisine! You can also use it as a sushi restaurant, ordering tea and sushi without alcohol. In that case, there's no otoshi charge! ⚫︎Tekkamaki I've visited several times, and the results vary depending on the chef, but this time the chef was wonderful! Even in a roll, you could really enjoy the fish's flavor. Satisfying ◎ Previously, they were small and honestly poor value, so perhaps it's worth visiting a few times to figure out the chefs? ⚫︎Miso kushikatsu This tastes exactly like Nagoya cuisine! You can enjoy delicious kushikatsu without going to Nagoya, so in a sense it's good value ◎ ⚫︎Tebasaki These also have Nagoya's distinctive sweet-and-spicy soy-based seasoning. You can choose 3 or 5 wings, but honestly they're delicious and disappear quickly, so I recommend 5!

Our third stop after drinking since noon. It was my first visit to this place, which offers half-price drinks until 7 PM. My companions had apparently visited several times. First, we toasted with draft beer and chuhai〜♪ That day's paid otoshi was glass noodle salad, a safe choice, but when I learned it cost 296 yen, I thought they could at least make it around 200 yen, since some people might not like it… But when there wasn't a full standard serving left of the chilled sake I chose, someone—perhaps the manager—let me have the remainder for free, even though it was only a sip. Things like that make you happy. The fried snacks and other appetizers weren't particularly noteworthy, but with “sushi” on the sign, the sushi was indeed delicious ♪ Personally, since it's sushi, I'd like a slightly wider selection of light, dry sake lol PayPay is accepted too, which is convenient.

The negitoro was green and in very poor condition. When I pointed it out, they brought different negitoro and made excuses before apologizing. Isn't that the wrong order? The moment I actually ate it, the smell was awful. Service is slow. The staff are untrained and unfriendly. Particularly bad is the man making sushi; if they want to change the restaurant, they should replace him. He berates the part-timers in an intimidating way, and the part-timers aren't coordinating well either. Terrible atmosphere. I'll never return, but I felt sorry for the part-timers working there. With proper training and an understanding and practice of good manners, this could become a much better place. If you're going to offer chinchiro, how about better service that improves the customer experience? Getting zero reaction to rolling doubles was laughable.

I wondered how it could decline this much in one year. The sushi rice was stiff and pressed far too tightly, so it didn't fall apart in my mouth. I thought I was eating supermarket sushi lol They should immediately bring back the older person who used to make the sushi. And the shaved-headed person making it this time should retake the company's training or exams! You should finish what you order, but even though I was hungry, it tasted so bad I couldn't eat it.

★☆☆☆☆ I'll never return. The service is simply far too slow. When we arrived, there were only 2 groups including us. The restaurant was practically empty. Despite that, just 6 pieces of sushi took 35 minutes to arrive. Honestly, unacceptable. Meanwhile, the sushi maker chatted endlessly with customers at the counter who appeared to be regulars. Despite us waiting, there was no sign of any urgency. It looked like he prioritized chatting with his circle over work, and I felt no professionalism. Actually, this wasn't the first time. On a previous visit, service was slow despite there being hardly any customers. Loud conversations and cliquish behavior among regulars stood out, making it impossible to eat peacefully. There were also moments I found inappropriate for customer service, such as complaining to a part-timer, “That guy's irritating, isn't he? I'll take the order over here,” which was very unpleasant. The first time I thought it might be a coincidence, but this visit convinced me. Drinks are cheaper during happy hour before 19:00, so perhaps it's good for older people with free time early in the evening, but that doesn't justify neglecting ordinary customers. As a chain restaurant, it should provide a consistent level of service to everyone. If you have time to chat, please first serve the sushi that has been ordered properly. Even after time has passed, remembering this experience still upsets me. I now understand why it's empty whenever I visit. Rather than a template reply, I want this feedback properly shared with the staff on site.
