The place was full today, and the owner was working alone, but handled the orders efficiently. The yakiniku is delicious, but the samgyetang is amazingly good. It is simmered until even the bones are edible, yet the meat still has a firm bite. It was the best samgyetang I have ever eaten. The kimchi was a bit watery and lightly seasoned; I prefer it a little stronger.

I visited for the first time on Saturday at around 19:30. The restaurant is about a 3-minute walk from the ticket gates at Tanashi Station, along the road on the east side of Livin. It was nearly full when I arrived, but I was able to get in smoothly. I ordered the pork kalbi set (pork kalbi for 2, sangchu, and green onion salad) for 1980円, haemul chijimi, and Seoul salad. We enjoyed the various dishes at a table fitted with a proper charcoal grill. There were 4 booth-style tables and counter seats. The restroom was clean too, and the interior was thoroughly cleaned and felt hygienic. Next time, I would like to try the individual meat dishes and soups.

It is made by a Korean person, so it is super delicious. The chijimi in particular is crispy and piping hot, and the dipping sauce is delicious too, so I cannot stop eating. Depending on the day, the kimchi is either lightly pickled or more sour, but that makes it feel like home cooking, which I actually find endearing. The prices seem pretty average, but the owner works alone on weekdays, so ordering a lot takes time. Your best bet is to go when you can take it easy.

It is run by a husband and wife. The yakiniku is undeniably delicious, and they do not cut corners even with the rice. The four of us ate and drank plenty, and it came to around 1万8千円. They even saw us off, and we were completely satisfied! I will be back.

It is a yakiniku restaurant, but I only had the Korean home-style dishes. Both the chijimi and the beef stew were super delicious.
