It is right near 保谷市役所. It is along 伏見通り, but near an intersection, so it is hard to turn in. The entrance is also narrow, and passing it is a hassle, so be careful. I think this 『ゆず庵』 is relatively uncrowded. The biggest attraction is, of course, the all-you-can-eat! I think its variety of sushi and side dishes far outshines other all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu places. Today, a junior colleague gave me a discount coupon, so I booked the course below with the birthday benefits plan. 季節のゆず庵コース（3828円）, including tax Honestly, the sushi is supermarket quality, but still satisfying enough. You can order 「熟成牛しゃぶしゃぶ」, which is unavailable with the cheapest course. All-you-can-eat beef is a nice perk too. During your birthday month, booking through the app the day before gets you a whole cake. It was a more substantial cake than the one at ブロンコビリー. It is also nice that you can choose 2 kinds of broth for the shabu-shabu pot. Having sukiyaki on one side and shabu-shabu on the other let me eat plenty without getting bored. As for value for money, the price matched the quality. However, half price for elementary school children and free admission for preschoolers are great for families. It is certainly not cheap, but app coupons or physical coupons make it about a tenth cheaper, so I would definitely use them. I booked in advance, but perhaps because it was a weekday, the place was only about half full. Since it was uncrowded, I wished they had left more space between us and other customers. Until quite recently, my child was little too, so when they got noisy, I would take them outside to soothe them. Today, though, the family next to us was crying loudly & making a huge racket, which was very unpleasant. Could it have something to do with the area? I know the staff have a difficult job, but I wished they had said something. That was disappointing.

I had the 贅沢コース. Honestly, you might want to keep your expectations low for the sushi💦 It reminded me of discounted supermarket sushi, and personally, I did not find it tasty. It was only really worth ordering occasionally for a change of flavor. The meat, on the other hand, was perfectly tasty. I ended up ordering almost nothing but wagyu, and I think going for the meat is the right approach if you choose the 贅沢コース. There were lots of menu items, and having so many choices was genuinely fun for an all-you-can-eat meal‼️ One thing that caught my attention was a moment when a staff member seemed to bring us meat intended for another table by mistake. Perhaps because it was all-you-can-eat, nobody said anything, so we ate it as served. The interior and seats felt clean, and the atmosphere seemed welcoming for families. I think the price is a little high for a chain restaurant, but the offering should feel worthwhile for anyone wanting to eat plenty of wagyu.

For all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, ゆず庵 is my absolute favorite❤️ There is a decent variety of sushi, and the side dishes are nice too. The cheapest course feels a little lacking, but the 季節のゆず庵コース is around 4000円 and includes all-you-can-eat sushi, so it is good value. And on top of that, app members receive a 10% off coupon for their birthday month. Use it and it is 3500円! Being able to book and skip the line is nice too. I took my older sister's children along, and preschoolers eat free. Elementary school children are half price. You get change from 一万円.

Reservations are essential. As the restaurant's name suggests, it offers all-you-can-eat sushi and shabu-shabu. We came back because my child said the meat here is delicious. It depends on the course, but basically you can choose from 3 kinds of meat: beef, pork, and chicken. There is also a wide variety of shabu-shabu broths, and you can choose 2. The lemon-flavored broth caught my interest, but we chose my child's favorite sukiyaki and chicken mizutaki broth. The sushi naturally included staples like salmon and tuna, as well as winter yellowtail. There was also a wide variety of desserts and drinks, including tea and alcohol. Choosing from so many things was fun, and my child was very satisfied.

【Today's menu】 ⚫︎お手軽ランチ食べ放題（2,618円） The all-you-can-eat meat is not exceptionally high quality, but the heaped green onions, variety of broths, and plentiful side dishes make it taste even better! Seriously, 『ネギ盛り』 is an absolute must-order! I had 5 refills; it is so good that without it, I can hardly keep eating the meat. The sushi is fairly ordinary too, but completely satisfying! There are also lots of very hospitable employees who casually strike up conversations, which is fun. We brought a baby, and they showed us to a spacious seat with room to park a stroller, so we could enjoy a relaxed meal! Thank you.
