It was my first visit, hoping for tsukemen, but when my companion and I entered at 14:00, it was already sold out, so we had 煮干しラーメン and ピリ辛煮干しラーメン. Both had a proper niboshi flavor, and the soup and noodles were very delicious! Since I was wearing a white dress shirt, they kindly mentioned that they had aprons. It became a place I’d like to visit again! Thank you for the meal🙏
View on GoogleA very distinctive スタにぼラーメン, which you start eating after dissolving the niboshi paste. Your mouth fills with niboshi umami. It seems likely to divide opinions. I was used to niboshi, so I found it delicious. The noodles were cooked firm. Next time I’d like to ask for them softer. スタにぼラーメン 980円 ※The garlic starts to bother me afterward, so next time I’d like the garlic-free option, とりにぼラーメン.
View on GoogleI had スタにぼラーメン. Dissolved the ume and niboshi paste to change the flavor. Was it apple cider vinegar? Added that for another flavor change. I enjoyed it to the end without getting bored♪ It was delicious, thank you for the meal. I’ll visit again.
View on Google↓Here is what I ordered this time. ● スタにぼつけ麺 ¥980 【Summary】 About a 3-minute walk from 田無 Station Located along the street just outside the station’s north exit I visited 「麺や あらた 田無店」. This time I had one of their signature dishes, 「スタにぼつけ麺」(¥980). I imagined a fragrant, rich niboshi preparation, but it felt milder than expected?? The thick, chewy noodles had a firm bite and caught the rich dipping broth well. They paired nicely with the aromatic niboshi sauce. The staff’s service was questionable. I wanted to eat スタにぼラーメン. There are lots of ramen shops in this area, so a repeat visit might be unlikely.
View on GoogleI had すたにぼラーメン. The ramen was packed with niboshi and tasty, but I felt it lacked a little depth of flavor. Since the niboshi is so strong, I wished onion were a free topping. The small rice is genuinely small for a ramen shop.
