I visited this place for my second time. I heard about this place the first time when I read manga called "Lunch Bancho Hitomi" as it appeared on the first chapter in the manga, so I visited Tanashi. I ordered the same menu appeared from the manga, the Salmon Poêlé with Vinaigrette sauce. It is served as a set with a choice of bread or rice, and with complimentary drink of hot or iced coffee or tea, as you prefer. The food is AMAZING, GLORIOUS. The Salmon Poêlé is very crispy and tender, the carrot literally melts inside mouth, and the potato is so smooth and tasty. The salad and dressing is very fresh and perfect. Definitely a very high quality food, far exceeding its relatively cheap price. It seems they increased the price of some of the menu, but considering the inflation and current economy situation, it is still understandable and the price difference is still acceptable. First time I came to this restaurant, I told and shown the staffs and the chef about the "Lunch Bancho Hitomi" manga, and they were very surprised and glad their restaurant is featured in the manga. This time I saw they put the manga in the front of the store. I am really happy to see they acknowledged it. 5 stars, high quality food exceeding its price, very highly recommended. I will come again.

I visited for Sunday lunch. With the lunch course, the vegetables and ham in the appetizer assortment come on a large platter. Bread is served 2 times, with butter. Even if you order an individual dish, everything comes with salad, bread (once, without butter), and an after-meal drink. For those who want to eat a lot or have something like sirloin steak, go for the course. Otherwise, an individual dish + the dessert assortment will be plenty filling. There is just one chef and one woman serving, so they look very busy, but it is a wonderful, satisfying restaurant.

I visited for a weekday lunch with a friend. We reserved seats only and chose from the menu that day. I chose the 3,000円 lunch course, and both the appetizer salad and main dish were generous. The bread service was warm and the service felt pleasant. By 12:00, the restaurant with around 20 seats was full, and I was impressed that it was run by just two people, the chef and the server. Dessert and a drink were included too, making it worth more than the price. The chef also greeted us, leaving both my heart and stomach satisfied. I would like to stop by again. Thank you.

I enjoyed classic French cuisine in the restaurant's calm atmosphere. The lunch course was carefully prepared from appetizer to dessert. The main-course steak in particular had a rich aroma with a good kick of black pepper. The accompanying mashed potatoes and vegetables had gentle flavors, making for a good balance. Dessert was a beautiful assortment of crème brûlée, chocolate tart, and sorbet. I enjoyed it leisurely with tea. The service was calm too, and I spent a comfortable time there. Recommended for anyone wanting to casually enjoy classic French cuisine.

I have been coming here for ２０ years! The freshly baked bread, crispy outside and fluffy inside, is the best ✨ The potatoes on the side are creamy too, and when you eat them wrapped in roast beef with Western-style mustard, it is simply exquisite 😋 The crème brûlée is delicious too, and the taste stays the same whenever I come.
